Welcome

to the 14th installment of my

Farmer's Wife Sampler Quilt!

While I was looking back to find my last post,

I realized that it was

back in AUGUST...August 2nd to be exact!

That would mean that

Rascal would have been a part of our family

for 2 weeks.

I guess that a lot has happened since then.

Speaking of which, 

let me tell you about my "BAD Mommy" moment

It seems that 

Mother Nature is making it difficult

for me to get everyone into

the holiday spirit

with all of this 95 degree heat!

how I love 3 day weekends!

I also love how

Labor Day marks the official end to summer.

I guess they didn't tell Mother Nature

that 

the temperature at the end of summer

shouldn't  be 95!!!
