SCRAPPY PRECUT QUILT #2 {THE FABRIC SELECTION: MARMALADE & NOTEWORTHY}

The tutorial for the next
Scrappy Precut Quilt
will be posted
next week.
I just need to sew on the binding
and
wait for a sunny day
to take the final photos of the quilt.

Before I post the next tutorial,
I wanted to
give you a glimpse
of my fabric selection
for the next
scrappy precut quilt.

For the next
Scrappy Precut Quilt,
I will be using two
different fabric lines:

Marmalade by Bonnie & Camille
and
Noteworthy by Sweetwater.

I blogged about my Fabric Crush on Marmalade HERE
This is a glimpse of the entire fabric line:

Marmalade will be the brighter, bolder fabric line in
the quilt.

I blogged about my Fabric Crush on Noteworthy HERE
This is a glimpse of the entire fabric line:

Noteworthy will be the softer fabric line in the quilt.

The two fabric lines are completely
different
in terms of the prints and scale of the prints.
This gives the scrappy quilt a good balance of
both large and small prints.

However,
the color stories are similar ,
which helps to pull the whole quilt together.

Here are the two fabric lines together:

I am really drawn to
these
colors
(REDS & ORANGES):

Finally,
for the binding
I will be using
Simply Color by V and Co.

I blogged about my fabric crush on Simply Color HERE

.
Similar color
to the two fabric lines
only slightly darker.

Everything that you will need to make this quilt
is available in my SHOP

Let me know if you would be interested
in having a Scrappy Precut Quilt Kit made available.

Until Next Time...Happy Quilting
